  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, earrings).
  • Gift cards and final sale items are also non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
